Colorado Lamb. From Colorado Land.
USDA-Inspected Lamb Meat
Our lamb meat is available year-round. The main meat season is from October through June. During the season, we sell whole or half lambs cut and wrapped to our custmers' specifications. In addition, we sell individual cuts and can provide fresh carcasses for meat markets, stores, and restaurants. During our off-season, we have frozen cuts available.
The ranch uses a USDA-inspected facility here in the Lower Arkansas River Valley. We have a freezer/trailer so we can deliver your meat frozen or keep your carcass at 40 degrees F or below when delivering.
We can deliver or ship. Delivery fees are based on the distance from our ranch and shipping and handling fees are applicable. You can also pick up your meat and take a tour of the ranch and our lambing operation. The lambs are raised on pastures. We do not use antibiotics or growth hormones.
