I bought some lamb hearts today (tongue as well) at the Longmont Farmer's market. I grilled them - they may very well be the best pieces of lamb I have ever had! (and I have never met a lamb I didn't like!) Wonderful. Thank you for raising healthy animals!

The Showcase was a HUGE success and everybody loved the lamb! One again thank you very much for your generous donation. We ended up serving 36 people and most of them had the lamb entree versus the vegetarian choice. They loved it!!
The kitchen was the busiest when we had to plate the entree and because I was one of the persons in charge of that I didn't get to click the camera as much as I wanted to. I have some good shots and I’m hoping that you will be happy with them. I wish you luck with your business and everything. I will surely miss Colorado!"

"How many people do you know that raise sheep with regal Great Pyrenees to watch the flock in South Central Colorado. Well that is Mary and Dave Miller! These two ranchers raise lamb the right way. Mary and Dave are stewards of the land and animals and the whole operation is run by a Dachshund named Hercules! I have had customers tell me that their lamb is the most mild lamb flavor they have ever had. I certainly agree. Their lamb melts in your mouth. I so appreciate and admire that their lamb was raised in a caring and humane environment in the most natural of ways! Triple M Bar Lamb is my only supplier of my many lamb products. I feel so fortunate that I am able to buy my lamb from this company. I will continue to buy my lamb from Mary and Dave forever!"

All winter my wife and I can't wait for the first farmer's market of the year, as it means we get to visit with more than just 'vendors' but those who have become friends. Mary and David have the best lamb we've had, and we always seem to get lost in their booth sharing stories. I've tried many of their items from chops to leg steaks to roasts and ground lamb. It's hard to say what's best so I say, try everything you can and enjoy as it doesn't get much better than lamb and Triple M Bar lamb, well, it's part of home to us. Mary and David, thank you for the many years of providing delicious meat!
